Looking for ways to improve the quality while running the daily operations and keeping things efficient. Constantly assessing and balancing our required input with the desired output.

  • Manage our owned and co-owned events, both online (webinars) and offline (in-person)
  • Set clear event goals and work towards achieving them, working together with the team
  • Continuously seek to learn about what worked well and/or what can still be improved.
  • Act as an owner and be the dedicated point of contact, also for our external partners
  • Initiate new events and scale up proven concepts to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Find ways to level up our events while also keeping a close eye on our cost efficiency
  • Work based on (new) insights to make our events even more customer-centric
  • Track KPIs, such as registrations, attendees, qualified leads, and (new) customers

In your role, you will work closely with marketing and commercial teams. We will give you full ownership of events, taking them from ideation to execution to the next level.
