Position: Growth Marketeer

Location: Amsterdam

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and proactive marketeer who can inspire investors to join our mission to power thousands of climate tech solutions. As a Growth Marketer, you will join our marketing team to create campaigns that resonate with our audience, inspire action, and ultimately help grow our community. Running various growth projects to expand our reach, drive lead generation, and boost our conversion. If you're a self-starter with a passion for customer-centric campaigns and structured customer relationship management, this is a position for you! The Role & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is someone who can translate our shared view on climate fund investing into an exciting and understandable campaign while maintaining compliance and trustworthiness. Your efforts will help empower people to continue on their climate investing journey. Most of the work will be centered around PPC and CRM, but the scope for this role is a lot wider.

  • Manage and own our CRM infrastructure in HubSpot (focused on accuracy and efficiency)
  • Maintain and improve our email marketing campaigns (automated and ad-hoc sends)
  • Maintain and improve our performance marketing efforts (develop ads, setup, targeting)
  • Run and document (inc. learnings) growth experiments to generate more demand
  • Track user actions, build insightful reports, and use data to take the right action
  • Optimize conversion rates throughout the funnel, looking at all the touchpoints
  • Initiate projects to scale up existing channels or test new ones as a pilot project
  • Work with our marketing team and experts to create user-centric campaigns
  • Work together with product and sales to align and develop our approach


In your role, you will work closely together with marketing and commercial teams. In addition, you will collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external resources. We will give you full ownership of projects to take them from ideation to execution. 

Given the strategic nature of growth and the high-impact responsibility of this role, we are looking for candidates with substantial experience managing highly effective campaigns, setting up growth initiatives, and working with complex CRM systems. The ideal candidate is able to leverage system thinking and data-informed insights to create customer-centric solutions to growth problems.

  • Expert in HubSpot and most common performance channels, like LinkedIn
  • Project management specialist - keeping track and delivering on time
  • Structured marketer who loves to create compelling user journeys
  • Curious mind that likes to dive into data sources to uncover new insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure quality
  • Natural communicator (data-informed), self-critical learner, and true collaborator
  • Marketing enthusiast with an obsession for the customer, funnel, and results
  • Experienced with a wide range of online marketing tactics (offline is a plus)
  • Open and honest, accepting input, and comfortable providing feedback
  • Able to work in teams and to work individually, taking and giving ownership
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, able to deal with constant change
  • A proven understanding or a strong passion for climate tech is preferred
  • Experience in or affinity with financial markets and/or investing is preferred

Qualifications & Experiences

  • 3-6 years of experience in growth marketing or CRM and performance roles
  • In-house experience at a fast-paced scale-up is considered a big plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Near native command of English, both written and verbal. Dutch proficiency is preferred.
  • Located in the Netherlands or willing to relocate and has a permit to work in the Netherlands
