Job description
About Carbon Equity
Carbon Equity is a digital wealth platform that seeks to mobilise private capital at a scale of billions to help solve the world’s biggest challenges, starting with climate change. We do so by democratising access to impact driven alternative investments such as venture capital and private equity. Founded in Amsterdam, we combine a strong culture of impact, high performance, and innovation with a deep commitment to building a values-driven organization. As we scale, we are looking for ambitious, mission-aligned talent to help us accelerate the global transition to a net-zero economy.
About the role
We’re looking for a structured, detail-oriented Investor Operations Analyst to help ensure our investor and fund administration runs seamlessly. In this role, you’ll support our investor lifecycle processes — from data entry and document management to investor reporting and reconciliations — while helping maintain the accuracy and integrity of our systems and records.
What You’ll Do:
Lead investors and other business relationships through the onboarding journey, completing Customer Due Diligence (CDD), contract signing, and all essential steps accurately and efficiently.
Ensure and maintain accurate investor and fund data across our systems (CRM, fund admin tools, reporting platforms).
Support our fund operations: capital call distributions, transaction monitoring and fund reporting preparation
Manage our helpdesk for non-sales inquiries, providing prompt and precise responses on investments, fund performance, and operational processes.
Prepare and distribute investor communications, statements, and reports in coordination with the Operations and Finance teams.
Coordinate with external fund administrators, auditors, and banking partners to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
Contribute to process documentation and help identify small opportunities for efficiency and automation.

You’re driven to identify issues, seek guidance, and propose solutions with a positive, can-do attitude.
An interest in climate tech and investing is a plus.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years in customer operations, investor onboarding, or a related financial services role, ideally with CDD/KYC experience.
However, super motivated starters are also encouraged to apply!
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, economics, or related field.
Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate; full-time (32-40hrs)
