Position: CRM Marketer
Location: Amsterdam
Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Type: Part/Full time (24-36 hours)

Role Overview

As a CRM Marketer, you will own our CRM system, strategy, campaigns, and funnel conversion initiatives. You’ll craft automated journeys that guide prospective investors from interest to action, optimize email flows, and collaborate closely with sales to unlock conversions. You are in charge of the foundation of HubSpot and ensure we get the most out of our user base (prospects and customers). In addition, you will co-create thematic communications together with the Product Marketer and Content Marketer to boost traction.

What you will do

  • CRM Strategy: Design and optimize email flows and nurture sequences in HubSpot. Keeping track of important contact information throughout the various properties.

  • Campaign Execution: Deliver emails, newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, and reactivation flows. In addition, create thematic campaigns to convert sub-segments.

  • Segmentation & Automation: Build dynamic lists and personalized triggers based on behavioral data. Find patterns and create follow-ups that drive desired actions.

  • Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with sales and marketing to support funnel progression and lead nurturing. Scoring leads and improving our handover process.

  • A/B Testing: Run experiments to test subject lines, content, visuals, and send times. Document findings and iterate accordingly. Updating our communications frequently.

  • Data & Reporting: Set up dashboards and regularly report campaign insights. Collaborate with the Product Marketer on data-driven decision making.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, content, and paid teams to align campaigns and maximize impact.

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot. Preferably in-house.

  • Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, and marketing automation.

  • Analytical mindset — comfortable digging into numbers and acting on insights.

  • Self-starter and team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Bonus points

  • Experience in B2B (e.g., SaaS), private markets (e.g., PE/VC), or climate tech.

  • Passion for sustainability, impact investing, and changing how capital is allocated.
