Position: (Sr.) Professional Solutions Manager Benelux

Location: Amsterdam

Reporting to: Head of Sales


Role Overview

We are looking for a talented sales person who can inspire investors to join our mission to power thousands of climate tech

solutions. In this role, you will lead fundraising efforts by engaging with sophisticated investors including family offices,

foundations and high net worth individuals, who are passionate about making an impact. You will be responsible for managing

the end-to-end fundraising process, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and cultivating long-term relationships.

The Role & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about fundraising and comfortable navigating a high profile set of customers including successful entrepreneurs and family offices. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Acquire new professional solutions customers with a focus on family offices, foundations and high net worth entrepreneurs
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction and upsell
  • Identify and execute opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the existing client base
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors through e.g. networking, events, outreaches and referral
  • Organise and host several brand building and lead generation events relevant to professional solutions customers
  • Work closely with the marketing team on marketing efforts relevant to professional solutions customers
  • Leverage expertise on the private equity asset class and our investment funds to guide investors through the decision-making process

  • You are a strong strategic thinker with the ability to develop a clear, actionable fundraising strategy
  • You are a team player who inspires, motivate those around you and proactively keep people in the loop
  • You are a results-oriented self-starter who takes ownership and demonstrates accountability
  • You have experience in or affinity with financial markets, wealth management and/or investing, and our climate mission
  • You believe that you have a strong influence over the outcomes in your life
  • You are curious, self-reflective and an avid learner
  • You have a high sense of integrity. You understand that in our line of business trust is everything


Qualifications & Experiences

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • You have experience selling sophisticated or complex products
  • Ideally though not required you have experience in asset management, finance or wealth management
  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • Near native command of Dutch and English, both written and verbally
  • Located in the Netherlands or willing to relocate and has a permit to work in the Netherlands
