As we scale, we are looking for ambitious, mission-aligned talent to help us accelerate the global transition to a net-zero economy.

You will work closely with our Analysts and Associates on day-to-day operational tasks related to investor onboarding, KYC/CDD checks, data quality, and investor support.
This role is ideal for a student who enjoys working in a structured way, is comfortable with numbers and documentation, and wants to learn how investor operations work in practice within a financial services or investment environment.
What You’ll Do:
Support the investor onboarding process, including collecting, reviewing, and organising KYC/CDD documentation
Assist with source-of-funds checks, data validation, and completeness checks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor and fund data in our systems (CRM, onboarding tools, reporting platforms)
Help manage investor inquiries related to onboarding status, documentation, and operational questions
Support fund operations such as capital calls, distributions, and reconciliations
Assist with preparing investor communications, statements, and reports
Coordinate with internal teams (Investor Operations, Compliance, Finance) to ensure smooth processes
Help document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality
