The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical, and curious working student who sits at the intersection of product, data, and AI.

This is a perfect role if you’re excited about climate tech, digital products, and learning what it takes to build a fast-moving fintech scale-up from the inside.
What you’ll do

Help collect and organize information from our investor, compliance, and operations teams to improve our products.
Support with preparing new product ideas and pitches — gathering input, mapping problems, and identifying improvement areas.
Assist in visualizing and documenting user journeys and spotting ways to make them smoother.
2. AI adoption & automation
Explore how AI tools can make our daily work more efficient and fun.
Help test small automations and document what works best.
Contribute to research around AI use cases, such as process optimization or customer communication.
3. Insights & validation
Support user research by helping analyze feedback and spotting recurring themes.
Collaborate with the product and design teams to test new features and track results.
Assist in keeping our internal dashboards and reports up to date.

A degree (or currently studying) in a technical field, like Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, econometrics, data science or similar.
Comfort working with data and digital tools
A natural curiosity for how systems and people connect.
Excellent written communication — able to distill complex topics clearly.
You’ll fit right in if you
Care deeply about climate impact and technology.
Think in systems and love connecting dots between people, data, and tools.
Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial teams and bring positive, can-do energy .
Are eager to learn how a high-trust, high-performance product team operates — and contribute right away.
Understand what in AI is hype, that long generated documents are boring, and what can drive actual change
What we offer
A front-row seat in one of Europe’s most ambitious climate investment platforms.
3–4 days per week (flexible for students), hybrid setup in our Amsterdam HQ.
Opportunity to shape how AI is adopted across our company.
